I’m sure you know that getting 7~8 hours of sleep is important for retaining what you learn.
Did you know that the best time for studying is before bed?
Apparently, if we learn something, then go to bed, our brain uses that time to consolidate what we learnt, so we remember it better.
Human brains are so cool!
So, even if it’s for just 10 minutes, do something in English before bed!
Hm… should I send these messages at night instead?
